About Us

Our Vision

We created Proman to provide landlords with a real trusted alternative to estate agent managed remedial works. Moving into private homes was a logical progression following our early successes. We established and maintain three main standards:

  • Provide the lowest possible price point for quality deliverables;
  • Deliver projects that at least meet best-practice and building regulations;
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is at the centre of everything we do.

Most of our competitors provide just two of the three, our success
has been built on delivering all three. Mark writes the following:

"I have held a number of positions in construction that had very different client bases, but each client base had a constant theme, that of the absolute need for customer satisfaction in everything we did. At Proman, we strive to ensure that satisfaction levels are maintained in everything we do. We are continually amazed at the levels of shoddy workmanship and poor advice that we routinely come across, all of which has ultimately led to heartache for the home or business owner. We continually prove that we can provide levels of quality and service that are above the expectations of our customers, whilst maintaining price-point sensitivity. Going the extra mile does mean that we will never be the cheapest, though we do believe that we are among the best"
